The Researchers of Harward concluded that 1 to 3 cups of caffeinated coffee each day, can effectively reduce the risk of diabetes. They have also revealed that having 6 cups of coffee per day reduces the same by 54% in men and 30% in women. Apart from this numerous pertinent studies have also culminated into the conclusion that daily consumption of coffee lowers the risks of Parkinson’s disease up to 80%.

Various studies were also conducted to check, what exactly is the beneficial factor in coffee; the antioxidants found in the beans or its caffeine content. Many researchers believe that the higher caffeine content in the coffee is the predominant factor that effectuates the better. Around 85 mg of caffeine is found in an 8-ounce cup of coffee. The researchers also discovered that the chances of developing Parkinson’s Syndrome, are vey less in the people who consumes more caffeine.

These factors collectively, improves the insulin sensitivity and glucose metabolism of the human body. According to some researchers, “trigonelline” content in the coffee is highly responible for its anti-adhesive and antibacterial attributes, which prevent from forming dental cavities.
Although, coffee has immense benefits, an excessive usage of coffee may lead to nervousness and rapid heartbeat. Too much of coffee also affects fertility, increased stress, high blood pressure and lack of sleep. However, most of the studies were favourable to coffee lovers and these studies, have never unearthed any ill effects of coffee in healthy people until this day.
