I bought this machine yesterday and have tried over and over to brew a simple cup of coffee but it doesn’t work. It makes a lot of noise and I think it’s brewing but it doesn’t. It’s been 35 minutes and it still hasn’t brewed a cup. HELP!!!

We have had this coffee maker since Feb. and we love it. We have a crack in the pot and found you do not sell this seperately in retail stores. We have to order it. The shipping is more expensive than the pot. Is there any way around this? This will detere us to buy differently next time.

Just bought this DCM100B pot. Good coffee but the clicking noise makes us nervous. Sounds like an arcing in the electrical system and we think it a fire hazard. Can you explain this? Suggestions? The Millers

Bought this pot at WalMart where it was priced at 24.99 USD. My lucky day!

First pot: good. Had to use plain white paper towel folder over a couple times as filter; would be nice “perk” (ha ha) if they gave a few starter filters.

I’m off to buy a filter – and heading back to the same WalMart.
