The Xmas Story of the Delonghi PrimaDonna ESAM6700 Coffee Maker

Hi,
I’m the Delonghi PrimaDonna ESAM6700 Coffee Machine. Surprised that a coffee maker can communicate? Well, why not? Its Christmas time! Love and magic are in the air!
This reminds me, it’s going to be a year since I moved into the Sheffield family. They brought me home last Christmas. How excited they were to unwrap me and place me on the table in the living room. Every one who visited them never left the house without drinking a cup of my coffee. Some wanted cappuccino, while some preferred expresso and others settled for Latte Machiato, or Americano or caffe latte. My 1.8l removable water tank, ensures that atleast 8 regular cups of coffee at one time. I have a water level indicator too. Not blowing my own trumpet, but I am quite popular among the ladies. They went “woooooow” and “Ooooo the PrimaDonna looks so good!” And I too loved basking in all the admiration that was showered on me.
While Mr. Sheffield always preferred ground coffee, Ms Sheffield loved bean to coffee. Before I came home, they regularly were at conflict about this issue. But since my arrival, they both get what they want and this helps retain harmony. However, the favourite coffee button on me has been set to suit the taste buds of the lady, as she is the most ardent coffee drinker in the family. My cup warmer helps keep the cups ready to go and my pre-brewer takes care of bringing about a nice rich flavor.
The kids are regulars with latte. They love to experiment with my various settings. Be it the grounding, the quantities of water or coffee and temperature, they try all sorts of combinations on me. They even try out my adjustable coffee dispenser with all sizes of coffee cups. But I love spending time with them and just submit to whatever they ask of me.
Ms Sheffield tells the women that I make no fuss when it comes to cleaning. My rinse and decalcification automatic programmes help her out in cleaning me up. My removable drip tray is easy to clean too. Even my milk jug can easily be removed and cleaned or stored in the refrigerator.
So I’m looking forward to having a very merry Christmas with the Sheffields and their friends. Am already geared up to be at my best, provide the best service and ofcourse listen to some more compliments.
