There is also an internal rotating pump that is cooled by water; this helps in maintaining the boiler pressure and also helps the machine to cope with continuous usage. It includes a copper boiler with a capacity of 12 litres with 3700 watt element. A higher watt element helps in the quick recovery of boiler pressure. The water in the boiler can be viewed through the ‘water level sight glass’. The heat exchangers used in the boiler control the temperature levels to produce espresso with optimum flavour and temperature. The boiler comes with an inbuilt safety valve with anti-flood system. This coffee machine has a warming plate situated on the top that can be used for preheating cups.
Wega Atlas 2 Group Espresso Machine has a height of 57cm, a width 74cms, and a depth of 54cmand weighs 64kg. The Wega Max 6.4m Grinder has a height of 64cm, a width of 21cms and a depth of 31cms. It can grind about 10 kg of coffee beans per hour.
